Daily Travel Photo: Cathedral of Mary’s Assumption
This is the Cathedral of Mary’s Assumption in the central park of León. It is over 300 years old, and is the biggest cathedral in Central America. The remains of the famous Nicaraguan poet Rubén Dario are buried within the church under the statue of a lion.
