A Barren World

According to the sign I passed, this area is the Ohio Key Bird Sanctuary, part of the Florida Keys. We never saw any birds here though… not sure if this is normal! Looked like a barren wasteland to me. Notice how the sky and water are almost the same color. They matched up perfectly later in the day, and it was very eerie. You couldn’t tell where the sea ended and the sky began.
