San Bushmen Cave Painting

Can you see this image hanging on your wall?Buy a Print

This cave painting was created by an individual from the San indigenous group in South Africa around 12,000 years ago. The San (also known as “San Bushmen”) are thought to be the oldest living population with genetic remnants from our ancient human ancestors. Today the San lead a more modern farming lifestyle, but in the past they lived as hunters & gatherers in the entrance of caves like this one at the Cango Caves in Oudtshoorn.

Amazing Photo! I really love it. It’s great art. I’m stunned with those ancestors who drew that painting.

Wow! This painting is just a proof that our ancestors lived in the caves and they hunt animals for food. Thanks for the post.
